Harold Moses Love Jr. 
(Born December 14, 1972) In 1998 he graduated from Vanderbilt University with a master’s degree in Theological Studies. In 2017 he graduated from Tennessee State University with a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration. He is the House Democratic Caucus Assistant Leader and Financial Secretary of The National Black Caucus of State Legislators.
